The director and manager of the business Gerald Van Asperen started his apprenticeship in a small store in Launceston called Youngtown Chainsaws and Mowers. After 1 year he moved to Australian Chainsaw Products where he finished his apprenticeship and went on to work there until the middle of 1994.

| Hugh Niekamp | |
Hugh started working at Tas Chainsaws in 2000. He completed his apprenticeship and has continued as a loyal employee since. He now manages the business. With 8 years of experience he has a lot of product knowledge to fall back on. He has also gone on to complete the Bronze, Silver and Gold courses for Stihl and multiple courses in Honda.

Mick is the newest member of the team. He assists in the workshop and is currently doing the 2nd year of his apprenticeship.
